Coordination Focused OT Assessment:
Appropriate for children with developmental delay, co-ordination difficulties, difficulties with day to day functional tasks i.e. brushing teeth, tying shoe laces etc.
Assessment = £300 includes; initial online discussion, face to face assessments up to 2 hours over 2 sessions if required, goal setting discussion, report and advice/recommendations.
Treatment/Intervention = £100 per hour plus travel expenses (please contact for specific cost).
Admin = £100 charged by the hour, may include; further report writing/provision, e-mails, phone calls, MDT discussions, equipment processes.
Complex Needs OT Assessment
Appropriate for children with a complex physical diagnosis/presentation i.e. cerebral palsy, spina bifida, spinal muscular atrophy, muscular dystrophy, degenerative and progressive conditions.
Assessment = £450 includes; initial online discussion, face to face assessments up to 2 hours over 2 sessions if required, goal setting discussion, report and advice/recommendations
Treatment/Intervention = £110 per hour plus travel expenses (please contact for specific cost).
Additional Admin = £100 charged by the hour as per clinical intervention cost, may include; further report writing/provision, e-mails, phone calls, MDT discussions, equipment processes.
Sensory Focused Assessment
Appropriate to support children presenting with sensory difficulties including hyper sensitivities, hypo sensitivities, modulation and or praxis.
Assessment = £500 includes; initial online discussion, face to face assessments up to 2 hours over 2 sessions if required, goal setting discussion, report and advice/recommendations
Treatment/Intervention = £120 per hour plus travel expenses (please contact for specific cost).
Additional Admin = £100 charged by the hour as per clinical intervention cost, may include; further report writing/provision, e-mails, phone calls, MDT discussions, equipment processes.
Environmental Assessment
Appropriate to support with the adaptations process for a child’s home or school environment.
Assessment = £600 plus travel (contact for details of cost), includes; assessment of the child’s needs (1 hour), assessment of the environment (1 hour), discussion regarding goal of the adaptation, report with advice/recommendations.
Additional:
Joint visit with surveyor of your choice = £100 per hour
Review of surveyor plans in relation to child’s needs plus feedback = £100 per hour
Intensive Upper Limb Therapy Programme’s – CIMT/Bimanual
Appropriate for children with a diagnosis of hemiplegic cerebral palsy, traumatic brain injury resulting in hemiplegia, brachial plexus injury.
Assessment = £300 includes; initial online discussion, face to face assessments up to 2 hours over 2 sessions if required, goal setting discussion, report and advice/recommendations
Treatment/Intervention = £125 per hour for CIMT, £130 per hour for Bimanual Therapy usually recommended as an intensive; 3 hours per day for a period of 3 weeks.
Additional Admin = £100 charged by the hour as per clinical intervention cost, may include; further report writing/provision, e-mails, phone calls, MDT discussions, equipment processes.
